Conde Group Inc. is Hiring a FP&A Analyst Near Oakland, CA
Our Oakland, CA client has a contract opportunity for an FP&A Business Analyst to focuses on reducing financial and security risk by provide actionable and insightful data to enable the business in this changing technological landscape by supporting vendor management, financial, procurement services and metric reporting.
- The BA is viewed as an integral strategic partner and business liaison in assisting and collaboration in decision making that impacts Security decisions. This role will be primarily supporting the Enterprise Protection department.
- In addition, this role is responsible for reporting, analyzing, and providing recommendations on the alternative solutions, project strategy and deliverable prioritization, as well as system alternatives or enhancements to current systems. Analyzes business needs, defines detailed requirements, and validates solutions with our internal and external partners.
- The position is a hybrid role, defined as 0-3 days in office or as business needs require. This position will need to be located within the PG&E service territory.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for Financial Planning Analysis and Reporting for the Enterprise Protection department, which includes monthly variance analysis, forecasting and reporting
- Responsible for annual operating planning process
- Responsible with resource planning for project and baseline activities utilizing headcount and contractor management governance
- Assist with Project portfolio management and prioritization along with strategic road map
- Assistance in streamlining operational processes and procedures
- Business Case Analysis
- Provide regulatory support and guidance
